Accessibility Statement
Reign AI Solutions

Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to read and accept a Reign AI proposal, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, voice control, screen magnification, or a high-contrast display setting. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA on proposals.reignai.ca.
What we do
- Pages use structured headings, labelled controls and data tables with headers.
- Focused links and controls show a visible focus outline, and every control works from the keyboard.
- Animation is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Changes are tested automatically for common accessibility problems, including colour contrast, at desktop and phone widths.
Known limitations
- Automated tests catch only some accessibility problems. A manual keyboard and screen-reader review is planned but has not been done yet.
- The page has one light colour scheme and does not follow a device dark-mode setting.
- Your proposal needs JavaScript to load. If you cannot use it, contact us and we will send your proposal in another format.
- Signing your agreement and paying happen on separate systems (our e-signature and payment providers) that this statement does not cover. If either gives you trouble, contact us and we will help you complete it another way.
Report a barrier or ask for another format
Tell us what did not work and the page address. We can send your proposal as a document or walk you through it by phone.

We will acknowledge your message within 2 business days, and fix the problem or provide the content in a format that works for you within 10 business days. If a fix will take longer, we will tell you why and when to expect it.
No accessibility overlays
We do not use accessibility overlay widgets or toolbars. We fix problems in the page itself, so that your own assistive technology works as you expect.
